Dominique Peters is the biological mother of main characters, Anika and Oliver. Dominique is only mentioned and never seen since she died of a tropical disease. When her past is unveiled, it is revealed that she attended university with Rex Legend, found Moctezuma's treasure and hid it. Dominique is Dottie’s sister.
